1. Overview

We stand behind the quality of our BlockChance Bitcoin Ticket Miner and want you to enjoy your purchase. This policy outlines return and refund rights for electronics/hardware.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must:

✅ Be unused and in the same condition you received it
✅ Be in original packaging with all accessories, cables, and manuals
✅ Be requested within 30 days of delivery
✅ Include proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper setup, or modification

  • Missing accessories or damaged packaging

  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items marked final sale

3. Warranty & Defective Devices

If your device is defective on arrival or malfunctions during the warranty period:

  • Contact our support team at contact@blockchance.shop

  • Include photos/videos demonstrating the issue

  • If the device is confirmed defective, a replacement or repair will be issued at no cost

We reserve the right to test returned devices for fault verification.

4. The following situations are NOT eligible for refund

  • Buyer’s remorse (“changed my mind,” “I don’t want it anymore”)

  • Price variation (“I found it cheaper elsewhere”)

  • Usage misunderstanding (e.g., not earning expected rewards — mining has probabilistic results)

Purchasing BlockChance does not guarantee earnings or mining rewards. Results depend on network randomness and are outside our control.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Email: contact@blockchance.shop with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/video (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Approved refunds: issued within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

Submitting chargebacks or false claims (e.g., claiming non-delivery when tracking confirms delivery) may be considered fraud and will be contested with the carrier and payment processor.
