1. Processing Time

3. Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address.
Orders returned due to address errors may require reshipping fees.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the order leaves our warehouse, the carrier assumes responsibility.
We will assist in carrier investigations but cannot refund until the carrier confirms loss.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos/video.

We will replace defective products at no cost.
